Abstract

الملخص تعتبر المؤسسة الوحدة الإقتصادية التي تمارس النشاط الإنتاجي ، والنشاط المتعلق به من شراء وتخزين ، وبيع من أجل تحقيق الأهداف التي وجدت من أجلها . ونظرا لإعتبار وظيفة التخزين إحدى وظائفها الهامة كما لها من تأثير كبير على نشاطها ، وحتى تستطيع القيام بدورها على أكمل وجه لابد من وجود تعاون بينهما وبين سائر الوظائف الأخرى ، ليس فقط من الجانب الخدماتي بل حتى من الجانب المعلوماتي وبالتالي فإن المحافظة على هذه العلاقة تؤدي إلى الرفع من كفاءتها ، لعملية التخطيط المخزني دورا أساسيا في تحقيق هذه الكفاءة ( كفاءة التخزين ) وكذا تخفيض التكاليف المرتبطة بعملية التخزين عن طريق الإستفادة من فروق الأسعار . كما تظهر أهمية الدراسة التي قمنا بها من الناحية التطبيقية في التربص الذي قادنا إلى وحدة ENOF ( وحدة مغنية) في التعرف عن قرب على كيفية سير المخزونات بها ، إذ زادت في معارفنا وساعدتنا على متابعة أهم الإجراءات والأساليب والطرق المعتمدة في تسيير المخزونات Résumé : La sciences de gestion a progressé de répondre aux nombreuses questions et atteint des résultats au moindre coûts ; et restent des institutions publiques algériennes retard dans ce domaine En raison du manque de compétence et de la perte aux propriétaires des bonnes décisions sur une convaincante scientifiquement précise, parmi les problèmes qui nécessitent une attention particulière de la direction est le problème de la supervision dans la gestion des stocks et fait l'objet de notre recherche. Nous avons abordé ce thème à tout ce qui concerne le rôle de supervision dans le cadre de l'inventaire, utilisez triple analyse le modèle pour le contrôle des stocks, notre étude a été faite dans l’entreprise d’ENOF MAGHNIA , où nous avons donné une image claire dans la conduite de leurs stocks, comme nous avons appliqué le modèle pour surveiller les marchandises et matériaux utilisés dans l'entreprise.
