أثر الفينتكوالبلوكتشين على أداء العمل البنكي في الجزائر

Abstract

الملخص يهدف موضوع البحث إلى التطرق لواقع التكنولوجيا المالية والبلوكتشين في الجزائر وأثره على العمل المصرفي، بتسليط الضوء على تجربة ماليزياكونها نموذجا رائدا في تبني تقنيات التكنولوجيا المالية في صناعتها المصرفية، و كذا دراسة الموجة الاولىللتكنولوجيا المالية والبلوكتشين في الجزائر وجهود الحكومة في تطوير القطاع المصرفي، باعتماد التحليل المقارن البسيط أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: وجود أثر موجب للتكنولوجيا المالية في الجزائر، وجوب تطوير البيئة التنظيمية، والبنية التحتية الرقمية ، وكذا وضع استراتيجية واضحة، لتحسين استخدام الفينتك في الصناعة المصرفية الجزائرية. Abstract : The research paper focusses on the impact of financial technology and blockchain on banking in Algeria, by highlighting Malisia’s experince as a pioneering model in adopting financial technology techniques in its banking industry, as well as studing the first wave of financial technology and blockchain in Algeria, taking into account the government’s efforts in the banking sector, throughout a simlpe comparative analysis, resulted most notably : a positive effect of financial technology in Algeria, the necessity of developing a regulatory environment and digital infrastracture, in addition to establishing a clear strategy, for the sake of improving the use of Fintech in the Algerian industry.
