Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى المساهمة في النقاشات التي تدور في الوقت الحاضر حول إدارة المعرفة و الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري، ويتباين هذا النقاش حول فعالية منظومة التعليم العالي في الجزائر في إدارة رأس المال الفكري و استثماره وتنميته. وكذا تبيان التحديات التي تواجهها المنظمات لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة ومنه تحقيق التميز والريادة. Cette étude vise à contribuer aux débats à l'heure actuelle au sujet de la gestion des connaissances et de l'investissement dans le capital intellectuel, et oppose ce débat sur l'efficacité du système d'enseignement supérieur en Algérie dans le capital intellectuel et de l'investissement et de la gestion du développement. Ainsi que illustrent les difficultés rencontrées par les organisations d'appliquer les connaissances et la gestion de celui-ci pour atteindre l'excellence et de leadership.This study aims to contribute to the debates at the present time about the knowledge management and investing in intellectual capital, and contrasts this debate about the effectiveness of the higher education system in Algeria in the intellectual capital and investment and development management. As well as illustrate the challenges faced by organizations to apply the knowledge and management of it to achieve excellence and leadership
