Abstract

الملخص دراسة المؤسسة الصغيرة و المتوسطة في الجزائرتوضح أن هده الأخيرة تعيش على هامش الإبداع . الفرضيات المعتمد عليها تتناول أهم متغيرات قياس على المفهوم الجديد فعليه نتائج هدا البحث توضح أن الإبداع في المؤسسة الصغيرة و المتوسطة في الجزائر لا يمكن أن يحقق إلا بالإعتماد على محرك الإستثمار الغير مادي. Résumé La recherche menée sur la petite et moyenne entreprise algérienne démontre que cette dernière vit en marge de l’innovation. Les Hypothèses sur lesquelles s’appuie cette étude prennent en mesure les plus importantes variables de nouveau concept. Les résultats atteints montrent que l'innovation dans la petite et moyenne entreprise en Algérie ne pourrait être passé que par le moteur d’investissement dans l’immatériel. Abstract: The research undertaken on the Algerian small and medium-size company shows that the latter lives in margin of the innovation. The hypothesis on which this study is based again take in measurement the most important variables concept. The results reached show that the innovation in the small and medium-size company in Algeria could be last only by the engine of investment in the immaterial.
