انعكاسات حوكمة الشركات على تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية

Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع حوكمة الشركات في المؤسسات الجزائرية، وتحديد الدور الذي تلعبه هذه الفلسفة في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الجزائرية، حيث ثم جمع بيانات باستخدام الاستبيان ثم توزيعه على 05 مؤسسات جزائرية، ثم اختيارها من ولاية تلمسان، حيث أنه ومن بين 147 استبيان ثم توزيعه، استرجع133 فقط. ولمعالجة هذه الإشكالية ثم استخدام الوصف التحليلي حيث قمنا باستخدام برنامج SPSSلمعالجة بيانات ومن أجل تحديد هذه العلاقة والحكم على الفرضيات ثم استخدام نماذج الانحدار المتعدد التي بينت أن بعض الممارسات لم يكن لها تأثير ودور في ذلك، ولقد أوصت الدراسة على ضرورة الاهتمام بهذه الفلسفة من خلال توسيع المجال أمام المؤسسات الجزائرية نحو تأهيلتطبيق حوكمة الشركات مثل ما هو معمول به في بعض الدول المتقدمة أو حتى الدول العربية. Abstract : This study aims to highlight the reality of corporate gouvernance in the Algerian institutions, and to determine the role that this philosophy plays in improving the performance of the Algerian institutions, then collecting data using the questionnaire and then distributing it to 05 Algerian institutions, then she was selected from the state of Tlemcen, Since out of 147 questionnaires then distributed, only 133 were returned. To address this problem, and then use the analytical description, where we used the SPSS program to process the date and in order to determine this relationship and judge the hypotheses, then we used the multiple regression model, Whitch showed that some practices did not have an impact and a role in that, and the study recommended the need to pay attention to this philosophy by expanding the field for Algerian institutions toqualify the application of corporate governance, such as in developedor Arab countries.
