Abstract

ملخص البحث يتحدث البحث على الدور المهم الذي حضت به إدارة المخـاطر المصـرفية خاصـة مـع تطـور الصـناعة المصــرفية وتعــدد المخــاطر وتنوعهــا، فكــان الاهتمــام بعمليــة إدارة المخــاطر المصــرفية وتطويرهــا مــن أهــم الســبل لتعظيم عوائد البنوك وتجنـب حـدوث الأزمـات الماليـة، فجـاءت لجنـة بـازل لرقابـة والإشـراف المصـرفي لتضـع معيـارا موحد لكفاية رأس المال من شأنه أن يزيد من فعالية ونجاعة إدارة المخاطر المصـرفية، وكـذا حاجـة البنـوك الجزائريـة إلى إدارة مخاطر فعالة تمكنها من تجنب والتحكم في المخاطر التي تتعرض لها أو حتى تنبؤها بحدوثها. Résumé La recherche parle du rôle important joué par la gestion des risques bancaires, notamment avec le développement du secteur bancaire et la multiplicité et la diversité des risques. Elle augmenterait l'efficacité et l'efficience de la gestion des risques bancaires, ainsi que le besoin des banques algériennes pour une gestion efficace des risques qui leur permettrait d'éviter et de maîtriser les risques auxquels ils sont exposés, voire de prévoir leur survenance.
