Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية على التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين المنخرطين في حاضنة الامعال الجامعية بالمركز الجامعي مغنية،حيث تمت هذه الدراسة على عينة من طلبة المنخرطين في حاضنة الاعمال الجامعية المقدرة ب 113 طالبا،وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وتحليل معطياته باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي.spss . توصلت الدراسة الى وجود توجه مقاولاتي لدى الطلبة المنتسبين في حاضنة الاعمال الجامعية بالمركز الجامعي مغنية،بالإضافة الى مساهمة حاضنة الاعمال الجامعية في التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة المنتسبين لها من خلال أبعاد حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية )التحسيس،التكوين،المرافقة(،حيث انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المتغيرات الشخصية )الجنس،السن،المستوى، المعاهد( من ناحية التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة المنتسبين لحاضنة الاعمال الجامعية. Abstract : This study aims to know the role of university businessincubators on the entrepreneurial orietation of university students enrolled in the university business incubator at the university center of Maghnia. This study was conducted on a simple of students enrolled in the unversity business incubator, estimated at 113 students, The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, and its data was analyzed using the statistical program SPSS. The study found that there is an entrepreneurial orientation among students enrolled in the university business incubator at the Maghnia university center, in addition to the contribution of the university business incubator to the orientation aong students enrolled in it through the dimensions of the university business incubators ( awareness, traning, and accompaniment). There are no statistically significant differences in the personnel variables ( gender, age, and lavelof institutes) in terms of the entrepereneurial orientation among students enrolled in the university business incubator.
