Abstract

الملخص: جعل المؤسسة تهتم بالتخزين وتخصص لها جانب أوسع بالاعتماد على اختيار السياسة الأمثل، وهي مرتبطة بعملية التخطيط واتخاذ القرارات. عملية الرقابة على المخزونات مهمة في مواصلة نشاط المؤسسة؛ إذ تتبعها إدارة المخازن لتوفير الكميات المناسبة في الأوقات المناسبة، بالإضافة إلى تصنيف المخزونات؛ بحيث أنّ التصنيف يمثل نظام لترتيب عناصر المخزون وفقا لطبيعتها وخصائصها. التسيير الحسن للمخزونات له دور في مواجهة الأزمات وعدم السماح لها بتفاقمها.
