Abstract

الملخص: صدقت هذه الدراسة التعرف على المناولة الصناعية كمدخل للتعزيز الميزة التنافسية " للمؤسسة سونلغاز" لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز وإتبعت الطالبة المنهج الوصفي للتحليل الذي يعتمد على جمع البيانات عن هذه الظاهرة وتفسيرها وقد تم جمع المعلومات الأولية من خلال استبانه التي تم توزيعها على أفراد العينة والمتمثلة في العاملين لدى مؤسسة سونلغاز " بمغنية حيث بلغ عددهم كما اعتمدنا في دراستنا أيضا على وثائق المؤسسة، فمن أهم الاستبيان التي توصلنا إليها أنه المناولة الصناعية لها دور في تحسين الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة سونلغاز. Résumé: Cette étude a approuvé l'identification de la manutention industrielle en tant qu'intrant pour renforcer l'avantage concurrentiel de la Sonelgaz Corporation pour la distribution d'électricité et de gaz.L'étudiant a suivi l'approche descriptive de l'analyse qui repose sur la collecte de données sur ce phénomène et son interprétation. Les employés de Sonelgaz Corporation à Mughniyeh au fur et à mesure que leur nombre atteignait. Nous nous sommes également appuyés dans notre étude sur les documents de l'établissement.

Abstract: This study approved the identification of industrial handling as an input to enhance the competitive advantage of the Sonelgaz Corporation for the distribution of electricity and gas. The student followed the descriptive approach to the analysis that relies on collecting data on this phenomenon and its interpretation. The primary information was collected through a questionnaire that was distributed to the sample members represented in The employees of Sonelgaz Corporation in Mughniyeh as their number reached. We also relied in our study on the documents of the establishment. One of the most important questionnaire that we reached is that industrial handling has a role in improving the competitive advantage of Sonelgaz Corporation.
