| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: تمحور هذا البحث حول دور حاضنات الأعمال في دعم الابتكار والشركات الناشئة، أظهر أن حاضنات الأعمال تعمل كمنصات حيوية تقدم دعمًا شاملاً يشمل الاستشارات والتمويل والتوسع السوقي، مما يساهم في تحفيز الابتكار وتعزيز نمو الشركات الناشئة. كما تناول البحث التحديات التي تواجه الحاضنات والفرص الممكنة لتحسين أدائها، مع التأكيد على أهمية التعاون بين الجامعات والمؤسسات الاقتصادية لتعزيز بيئة داعمة للريادة والتنمية المستدامة. Abstract: This study focused on the role of business incubators in supporting innovation and startups, demonstratingthatthey serve as vital platforms offeringcomprehensive support includingconsultancy, funding, and market expansion. This contributes to stimulating innovation and enhancing the growth of startups.
