Abstract

نستطيعالقولأنموضوعالضغوطاتالمهنيةيوحيلنابمدىأهميةالمحيطالمهنيالذييعملبهالعاملفيالتأثيرعلىالصحةالنفسيةللعامل،وبالتاليعلىأدائها لمهنيكمًاوكيفًا،كمايتضحأنالعاملالنفسيللعامليلعبدورالايستهانبهفيخلقدافعيةلدىالعامل،يعتبركعاملإشباعمعنوي يحفزالعامل للقيام بمهامه دون الوقوع في الأخطاء،وبحيوية و شغف لعمله We can say that the subject of professional pressures sheds light on the importance of the work environment that uses the impact factor on the mental health of the worker, and therefore on the professional performance quantity and quality, and it is seen as the psychological factor of the worker plays a significant role in the creation of the motivation of the latter ,considered a moral satisfaction factor motivating the worker to perform his duties without mistakes, with vitality and passion for his work . Résumé Nous pouvons dire que le sujet des pressions professionnelles nous éclaire sur l'importance de l'environnement professionnel qui emploie le facteur de l'impact sur la santé mentale du travailleur, et donc sur la performance professionnelle quantité et de la qualité, ainsi que ça se voit que le facteur psychologique du travailleur joue un rôle significative à la création de la motivation de ce dernier,considéré comme un facteur de satisfaction moral motivant le travailleur à exercer ses fonctions sans faire d'erreurs, avec vitalité et passion pour son travail.
