Abstract

الملخص: عنوان هذه الدراسة هو "فعالية الاتصال الإداري في اتخاذ القرار –دراسة حالة بلدية مغنية-"،تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في " كيف تؤثر الاتصالات الإدارية الفعالة في اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة العمومية "بلديه مغنيه؟"، و قد تشكل مجتمع الدراسة من 10% من موظفي البلدية و عددهم كان 68 من 674 موظف .ولقد استخدمنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي و ذلك من خلال وصفنا للاتصال الإداري و عملية اتخاذ القرار و هذا من خلال الجانب النظري للدراسة و مهج دراسة الحالة، و ذلك من أجل تحليل و فهم الدور الذي يقوم به الاتصال الإداري الفعال في اتخاذ القرار في بلدية مغنية. وكذا اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على الاستبيان و هو مجموعة من الأسئلة مرتبة مسبقا ،تم وضعها في استمارة لتملأ من طرف أفراد العينة للحصول على أجوبة للأسئلة الواردة فيها ،حيث قمنا باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS للمعالجة و التحليل و لقد تم التوصل إلى نتائج عديدة أهمها: الاتصال يعتبر عصب العملية الإداري أبعادها المختلفة، فهو ضروري في جميع المنظمات مهما اختلفنا ونشاطها هذا هذه التنظيمات ليست منعزلة عن المجتمع الكل بل هي جزء منه. فعالية الاتصال الإداري تعد من أكثر الوسائل في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة إذ يجب أن تتوافر للمدير القدرة على استخدام وسائل الاتصال الحديثة ضمان وصول البيانات والمعلومات بمناسبة كما انه مهتم العمال في ما يتعلق بماذا تقبله من قرارات وتعليمات إضافة إلى ماذا تقبل الإدارة لمشاكلهم وهم داخل المؤسسة وهذه العملية تساهم في إيجاد نوع من العلاقة بين الإدارة والعمل وبالتالي التعاون الذي يؤدي إلى اتخاذ قرارات مشتركه ومن ثم تحقيق الأهداف Résumé: Le titre de cette étude est « l'efficacité du communication administrative en cas de prise de décision Étude de la commune - Maghnia - », représentée dans l'étude, le problème de « comment les communications administratives efficaces affectent la prise de décision dans l'établissement public la commune de Maghnia , et peut constituer une population d'étude de 10% Le nombre d'employés dans la municipalité était de 68 sur 674. Abstract: The title of this study is "The Effectiveness of Administrative Communication in Decision Making A Case Study of –Maghnia- municipality ". The problem of the study was: "How does effective administrative communication influence decision making in the public institution?" He is also interested in the workers in terms of what they accept from decisions and instructions in addition to what the administration accepts for their problems.
