أثر تغييرات سعر النفط على سعر الصرف الحقيقي الفعلي لدينار الجزائري

Abstract

الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة البحثية إلى دراسة و قياس أثر تغيرات أسعار النفط على سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري للفترة الممتدة من 2000 إلى 2020 , و تحديد ما إذا كان التغير الذي يحدث في أسعار النفط من شأنه إحداث فروقات في أسعار صرف الدينار الجزائري , إضافة إلى تحليل أثر التغيرات التي تطرأ على سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري نتيجة تغير أسعار النفط , و لهذا تمت الإستعانة ببعض الأدوات القياسية . حيث النتائج المتحصل عليها في هذه الدراسة أشارت و أثبتت لوجود علاقة سببية في إتجاه أسعار النفط تؤثر في سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري في المدى الطويل , و أوضحت النتائج أن سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري يستجيب لتغيرات أسعار النفط و لو بنسبة تغيرضئيلة جدا. This research study aims to study and measure the impact of changes in oil prices on the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar for the period from 2000 to 2020, and to determine whether the change that occurs in oil prices would cause differences in the exchange rates of the Algerian dinar, in addition to analyzing the impact of changes that occur on the Algerian dinar exchange rate as a result of the change in oil prices, and for this reason some standard tools were used. Where the results obtained in this study indicated and proved the existence of a causal relationship in the direction of oil prices that affects the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar in the long run, and the results showed that the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar responds to changes in oil prices, even with a very small percentage change. Cette étude de recherche vise à étudier et mesurer l'impact des variations des prix du pétrole sur le taux de change du dinar algérien pour la période de 2000 à 2020, et à déterminer si le changement qui se produit dans les prix du pétrole entraînerait des différences dans les taux de change des le dinar algérien, en plus d'analyser l'impact des changements qui se produisent sur le taux de change du dinar algérien à la suite de l'évolution des prix du pétrole, et pour cette raison certains outils standards ont été utilisés. Là où les résultats obtenus dans cette étude ont indiqué et prouvé l'existence d'une relation causale dans le sens des prix du pétrole qui affecte le taux de change du dinar algérien à long terme, et les résultats ont montré que le taux de change du dinar algérien répond à variations des prix du pétrole, même avec un très faible pourcentage de variation.
