التخطيط الإجمالي للإنتاج بإستعمال البرمجة الرياضية – دراسة حالة مؤسسة Enof وحدة مغنية

Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مفهوم تخطيط الانتاج الاجمالي باستعمال البرمجة الخطية لوظيفة الانتاج وتم إجراء هذه الدراسة في المؤسسة الوطنية للمواد النافعة و المنتجات المنجمية غير الحديدية ( وحدة مغنية ) ،خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 30 أفريل إلى 15 ماي 2024 ، و لتحليل المعلومات المقدمة تم استخدام خطة الانتاج فيهدف تدنيه دالة الهدف التي تتضمن تكاليف الانتاج و تكاليف اليد العاملة ، تكاليف تعيين العمال و الاحتفاظ بالمخزون وهذا من خلال استعمال نموذج البرمجة الخطية من أجل الحصول على خطة انتاج مثالية . Abstract: This study aims to know the concept of planning total production using linear programming of the production function. This study was conducted at the National Corporation for Useful Materials and Non-Ferrous Mining Products (Mughniyah Unit), during the period extending from April 30 to May 15, 2024, and to analyze the information provided, the The production plan aims to minimize the objective function, which includes production costs, labor costs, the costs of hiring workers, and maintaining inventory, and this is through the use of a linear programming model in order to obtain an ideal production plan.
