المضاعف النقدي و عرض النقود في الجزائر

Abstract

الملخص : يعتبر عرض النقود مؤشر يقاس به مدى تطور و نجاح اقتصاديات الدول لذا أولت الجزائر أهمية كبيرة لتنظيم إصدار عرض النقود بما يتوافق مع أهدافها الاقتصادية الكلية. تكمن أهمية هذا البحث في أهمية السياسة النقدية التي تهتم بتنظيم عرض و تداول النقود لتحقيق أهداف اقتصادية معينة، مدى تأثرها على المضاعف النقدي بالإضافة الى تحليل تطور المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية، التي تؤثر على عرض النقود في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1987-2017. وفي الأخير قد توصلنا إلى أن هناك علاقة موجبة بين عرض النقود وكل من المضاعف النقدي والناتج الداخلي الخام في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسية. Summary : The money supply is an indicator by which to measure the extent of the development and success of the economies of countries, so Algeria has attached great importance to regulating the issuance of money supply in line with its overall economic goals. The importance of this research lies in the importance of monetary policy, which is concerned with regulating money supply and circulation to achieve certain economic goals, the extent of its impact on the monetary multiplier, in addition to analyzing the development of macroeconomic variables, which affect money supply in Algeria during the period 1987-2017. Finally, we have concluded that there is a positive relationship between the money supply and each of the monetary multiplier and the gross domestic product in Algeria during the study period.

Résumé : La masse monétaire est un indicateur qui permet de mesurer l’ampleur dudéveloppement et du succès des économies des pays, de sorte que l’Algérie a accordé une grande importance à la réglementation de l’émission de la masse monétaire conformément à ses objectifs économiques globaux. L’importance de cette recherche réside dans l’importance de la politique monétaire, qui vise à réguler la masse monétaire et la circulation pour atteindre certains objectifs économiques, l’ampleur de son impact sur le multiplicateur monétaire, en plus d’analyser l’évolution des variables macroéconomiques qui affectent la masse monétaire en Algérie au cours de la période 987-2017.
