Abstract

الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور نظام المعلومات والاتصالعلى المركب الصناعي -سواتين- لنسيج والحرير ولاية تلمسان،خاصة على المبيعات اشتملت الدراسة على جانب نظري وآخر تطبيقي، واعتمد في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاختبار صحة الفرضياتتم توزيع50 استبيان على عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في عاملين بالمؤسسة، استرجع40استبيان قابلة لتحليل الاحصائي باستخدام برنامج spss، وقد تم توصل إلى أن لنظام المعلومات والاتصال لهدور كبير في زيادة حجم مبيعات المؤسسة. Abstract: This study aims to know the role of the information and communication system on the industrial complex -Swatin- for textile and silk in the wilaya of Tlemcen, especially on sales. Employees of the organization, retrieved 40 questionnaires that can be statistically analyzed using the spss program, and it was concluded that the information and communication system has a significant role in increasing the volume of sales of the institution. Résumés: Cette étude vise à connaître le rôle du système d'information et de communication sur le complexe industriel -Swatin- du textile et de la soie de la wilaya de Tlemcen, notamment sur les ventes. Les employés de l'organisation ont récupéré 40 questionnaires qui peuvent être analysés statistiquement à l'aide du programme spss, et il a été conclu que le système d'information et de communication joue un rôle important dans l'augmentation du volume des ventes de l'institution.
