Abstract

عالجت دراستنا موضوع القرض المستندي باعتباره آلية دفع و ضمان للتجارة الخارجية في الجزائر حيث عالجت الجانب النظري الذي تناول عموميات حول التجارة الخارجية واقعها في الجزائر و تقنيات تمويلها كما عالجت موضوع القرض المستندي و آلية سيره أما الجزء التطبيقي عرضنا من خلاله دراسة تطبيقية و إحصائية لآلية سير القرض المستندي في البنك الوطني الجزائري وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن القرض المستندي يعتبر من التقنيات المستعملة في تمويل التجارة الخارجية في الجزائر لما يمنحه من ثقة و ضمان لكل من المصدر و المستورد.
