Abstract

الملخص: عرفت الفترة الممتدة من 2000 إلى غاية 2016 توسع تدخل الدولة في النشاط الاقتصادي من خلال النفقات العامة والإيرادات العامة، حيث سطرت الجزائر عديد البرامج التنموية هدفت من خلالها إلى تحقيق أهداف السياسة الاقتصادية الكلية، ساعدها في ذلك الموارد المالية المتأتية من الجباية البترولية، هذه الأخيرة التي عرفت تحسنا ملحوظة خلال العشر سنوات الأولى من القرن الحادي والعشرين، وبدأت بالتراجع ابتداء من سنة 2015. لذلك فإن وجود سياسية مالية مبنية على أسس اقتصادية صلبة محكمة تحكمها إدارة رشيدة أمر مهم في اقتصاد أي دولة، فمن خلال دراستنا هذه تخصصنا في دراسة مدى فعالية السياسةالمالية ودورها فيدعم النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، حيث تم التطرق في الفصل الأول الى الإطار النظري لتأثير السياسة المالية على النمو الاقتصادي أما الفصل الثاني فخصصناه لدراسة حالة الجزائر كنموذج خلال الفترة (2000-2016) وخلصت نتائج الدراسة أنه من خلال البرامج التنموية المطبقة توسعت الجزائر بشكل كبير في الإنفاق العام محاولة من خلال ذلك تحسين مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي الداخلي التي عرفت تذبذبا مستمرة طول فترة الدراسة . Abstract: The period from 2000 to 2016 witnessed the expansion of the state’s intervention in economic activity through public expenditures and public revenues, as Algeria launched several development programs aimed at achieving the objectives of the macroeconomic policy, helped by the financial resources derived from petroleum taxation, the latter of which It witnessed a noticeable improvement during the first ten years of the twenty-first century, and began to decline starting in 2015. Therefore, the existence of a financial policy based on solid, tight economic foundations governed by a rational administration is important in the economy of any country. Through this study, we specialize in studying the effectiveness of financial policy and its role in supporting economic growth in Algeria. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework for the impact of Fiscal policy on economic growth as for the second chapter, we devoted it to the study of the case of Algeria as a model during the period (2000-2016) n. The results of the study concluded that, through the applied development programs, Algeria expanded significantly in public spending, in an attempt to improve the indicators of internal economic stability that witnessed continuous fluctuation.
