دور السياسة النقدية في ضبط معدلات التضخم فيالجزائر خلال الفترة 1990 -2017

Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى إمكانية السياسة النقدية في التحكم في معدلات التضخم في الجزائر، وبالتالي استهداف التضخم. حيث تم القيام بدراسة حالة الجزائر بالاعتماد على أربعة متغيرات وهي الناتج الداخلي الخام، معدل التضخم، تطور الكتلة النقدية ومعدلات الفائدة وهذا خلال الفترة 1990-2017، وقد تم التوصل إلى أنه لا يمكن تطبيق سياسة استهداف التضخم في الجزائر لعدم توفر شروطه الأولية وأهمها استقلالية البنك المركزي، وهذا لأن التضخم في الجزائر يرجع لأسباب هيكلية.

Résumé : Cette étude visée a déterminé la possibilité de la politique monétaire pour contrôler les taux d’inflation en Algérie, et donc l’application de la politique de ciblage de l’inflation. J’ai fait une étude basée sur quatre variables, le produit intérieur brut, taux d’inflation, l’évolution de la masse monétaire et le taux d’intérêt et ce durant la période allant du 1990 au 2017, et a été attient qu’il ne peut pas être appliqué à cibler l’inflation en Algérie à l’absence de politique des conditions initiales et le plus important de l’indépendance de la banque centrale, parce que l’inflation en Algérie est due à des raisons structurelles.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the possibility of monetary policy to control inflation rates in Algeria , and therefore the application of inflation targeting policy. Where he was doing a standard study based on four variable are total output of crude, inflation rate, the evolution of the money supply and the interet rate, and this during the period 1990-2017, and has been reached that it can not be applied to target inflation in algeria to the lack of initial conditions policy and most important of the independence of the central bank, and this is because inflation in Algeria is due to structural reasons.
