Abstract

الملخص: ركزت الدراسة في الجانب التطبيقي على قياس فعالية التمويل من خلال قدرة والتزامات البنك تجاه هذا النوع من المؤسسات، وتقييم محدداتها من خلال محاور الاستبيان، لقياس وتحليل قرار التمويل البنكي ومستوى الخدمات من خلال عينة مستهدفة وتحديد علاقة الارتباط بين محددات الفعالية في التمويل البنكي، مع متغيرات عديدة كالضمان، مدة دراسة الملف، نوع القرض المستخدم، الطبيعة القانونية للمؤسسة، نوع النشاط، والمؤهلات العلمية للإطارات البنكية، ودرجة التمييز، مما يسمح بإيجاد عوامل الصلة الوثيقة بين البنوك والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر. la partie pratique de l’étude mesure l'efficacité de financement par la capacité et les obligations de la banque vers les PME, et évalue les déterminants par les axes d’un questionnaire, qui analyse le financement bancaire, le niveau des services et la prise de décision par les déterminants la corrélation de l'efficacité de financement bancaire, avec de nombreuses variables : la garantie, la durée l'étude du dossier, le type de prêt de l'utilisateur, la nature juridique de l'institution, type d'activité, les qualifications des ressources humaines de la banque, et le degré de discrimination ; permettant la création d’une corrélation étroite entre banques et petites et moyennes entreprises en Algérie. Summary : The practical part of the study measures the effectiveness of financing capacity and the bank's obligations to SMEs and assesses the determinants of the axes of a questionnaire that analyzes the bank financing, the level of services and decision making by determining the correlation of the effectiveness of bank financing, with many variables: the warranty length study of the file, the user's type of loan, the legal nature of the institution, type of activity, the qualifications of the human resources of the bank, and the degree of discrimination; allowing the creation of a strong correlation between banks and SMEs in Algeria.
