Abstract

الملخص:

في ظل الأهمية التي أصبحت تحظى بها المشاريع الناشئة، أصبح من الضروري إيجاد سبل لتمويلها من أجل ضمان تطور واستمرارية هذه المشاريع لكن حامل المشروع بات يتجنب الأساليب التمويلية التي تحتوي معاملات أو فوائد ربوية لأنها تتعارض مع قيم وتشريعات الدين الإسلامي فوجد الحل في اعتماد التمويل الإسلامي قصد تمويل مشروعه. تهدف دراستنا الى توضيح أهم المصطلحات المتعلقة بالتمويل الإسلامي والمؤسسات الناشئة ومدى دراية حامل المشروع بمضامين وشروط التمويل الإسلامي وكذلك معرفة مدى استعداد حملة المشاريع الى اعتماد المنتوجات المالية الإسلامية لتمويل مشاريعهم الناشئة.

Abstract:

In light of the importance that emerging projects have acquired, it has become necessary to find ways to finance them in order to ensure the development and continuity of these projects, but the project owner has begun to avoid financing methods that contain usurious transactions or interest because they conflict with the values and legislation of the Islamic religion, so he found the solution in adopting Islamic financing in order to Financing his project. Our study aims to clarify the most important terms related to Islamic finance and emerging institutions and the extent of the project holder’s knowledge of the contents and conditions of Islamic finance, as well as knowing the extent of project holders’ readiness to adopt Islamic financial products to finance their emerging projects.
