دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين أداء العاملين

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسات الجزائرية، حيث تم إجراءها في المجلس الشعبي البلدي مغنية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وللإجابة على تساؤلاتها تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و المنهج الميداني، حيث تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة بحث رئيسية حيث تم توزيعها على 80 موظف في البلدية لغرض الحصول على المعلومات الكافية للدراسة، وبعد جمع الاستبانات تم تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج ال SPSS وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة تتمحور في أن استخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية بمختلف مكوناتها له تأثير مباشر على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات قابلة للتطبيق لتعظيم أثر نظم المعلومات . Abstract: This studyaims to identify the role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in improvingemployee performance in Algerian institutions. It wasconducted at the People's Municipal Assembly of Maghnia. To achieve the objectives of the study and answerits questions, both the descriptive and fieldapproacheswereadopted. A questionnaire wasused as the main researchtool and wasdistributed to 80 employees at the municipality in order to gathersufficient information for the study. Aftercollecting the questionnaires, the data wasanalyzedusing the SPSS program. The studyreached important findings, highlightingthat the use of Management Information Systems, in all their components, has a direct impact on employee performance in the institution understudy. The studyalsopresentedseveral applicable recommendationsaimed at maximizing the impact of information systems.
