Abstract

الملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر تبني التكنولوجيا المالية على الأداء البنكي في ظل التحول الرقمي، مع التركيز على بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية (B.A.D.R) – وكالة مغنية. تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس مدى انتشار استخدام التكنولوجيا المالية داخل البنك وتقييم تأثيرها على جودة الخدمة، سرعة إنجاز المعاملات، ورضا العملاء. اعتمدت الدراسة منهجًا ميدانيًا باستخدام استبيانات وزعت على عينة من العملاء والعاملين بالبنك، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS. ، حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية ودالة إحصائيًا بين تبني التكنولوجيا المالية وتحسين الأداء البنكي، حيث لوحظ تحسن ملحوظ في سرعة الإنجاز وتقليل الأخطاء وزيادة رضا العملاء. كما كشفت الدراسة عن أهمية الاستثمار في البنية التحتية الرقمية وتدريب الكوادر لتعزيز فعالية التحول الرقمي. وتقدم الدراسة توصيات تهدف إلى دعم استراتيجيات التطوير الرقمي للبنوك الجزائرية وتعزيز تجربة العملاء عبر القنوات الرقمية.

Abstract: This study examined the impact of adopting financial technology on banking performance in the context of digital transformation, focusing on the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (B.A.D.R) – Maghnia branch. The study aims to measure the extent of financial technology usage within the bank and evaluate its effect on service quality, transaction speed, and customer satisfaction. A field methodology was employed, utilizing questionnaires distributed to a sample of customers and bank employees, with data analyzed using SPSS software. The results revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between the adoption of financial technology and improved banking performance, noting marked improvements in transaction speed, error reduction, and increased customer satisfaction. The study also highlighted the importance of investing in digital infrastructure and staff training to enhance the effectiveness of digital transformation. Recommendations were provided to support digital development strategies in Algerian banks and to enhance the customer experience across digital channels.
