ملخص: تُعد الرقابة الجبائية من أهم الإجراءات التي تعتمدها الإدارة الجبائية لضمان صحة التصريحات المقدمة والتطبيق السليم للقوانين والتشريعات. فهي تمثل أداة فعالة للتحقق من امتثال المكلفين لالتزاماتهم الضريبية، وكشف حالات الغش والتهرب الجبائي. وتلعب هذه الرقابة دوراً أساسياً في تحقيق العدالة الضريبية، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز موارد الخزينة العامة ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني. كما أن الإدارة الجبائية هي همزة وصل حيوية بين المكلفين والخزينة العمومية، وتعمل على تحسين أساليبها لتقليص الالتزامات وزيادة الحصيلة الضريبية. وأكدت دراسة أجريت على بيانات مركز ضرائب الغزوات (تلمسان) أن فعالية الإدارة الجبائية تعتمد بدرجة كبيرة على إجراءات تحصيل الضرائب Summary: The tax control (fiscal oversight) is a crucial procedure adopted by the tax administration to ensure the accuracy of declarations and the correct application of tax laws. It acts as an effective tool for verifying taxpayer compliance with their obligations and detecting instances of tax fraud and evasion. This oversight plays a vital role in achieving tax justice, in addition to bolstering public treasury resources and supporting the national economy. Furthermore, the tax administration is a key link between taxpayers and the public treasury, working to improve its methods to reduce tax liabilities and increase the tax yield (tax revenue). A study using data from the Ghazaouet sub-tax center (Tlemcen) highlighted that the effectiveness of the tax administration is largely dependent on the tax collection procedures implemented.
