Abstract

ملخص: عالجنا من خلال دراستنا هذه،موضوع نظم المعلومات الادارية و دوره في اتخاذ القرارات ، حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض المفاهيم ،وقد اخترنا في دراستنا حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للخزف المنزلي لتافنةسيرتاف مغنية محاولين اظهار و تحليل مدى اعتماد المؤسسة لهذا النظام في صنع و اتخاذ قراراتها،اذ حاولنا الالمام بمختلف الجوانب و المتغيرات الاقتصادية و تحقيق هدف الدراسة الذي كان الوصول الى معرفة مدى تأثير نظم المعلومات الادارية في عملية اتخاذ القرار داخل مؤسسة سيرتاف ،وذلك يتجلى في تسليط الضوء على اهم الأسس التي تقوم عليها نظم المعلومات الادارية و اتخاذ القرارات بالمؤسسة. و هذا ما استخلصناه من دراستنا للعلاقة بين هذبن المتغيرين فوجدنا ان لنظم المعلومات الاداري أثر كبير على عملية اتخاذ القرار كما يساعد على توفير المعلومات الدقيقة و الملائمة لمتخذي القرار Résumé : Cette recherche étudie le thème du système des informations administratives et son role dans le prise des décisions ,nous avons adaptés dans cette étudesur l’approche descriptive analytique dans la présentation des définitions,et nous avons choisi le cas de l'entreprise national de la production du Céramique domestique «CERTAF » de maghnia,et nous avons éssayés de montrer et analyser l’étendue d’option de l’entreprise a ce système dans la prise de ces décisions , on éssayons de la familiarité de tous les cotés et les variables économiques,et réaliser le but de l’étudequi étais le savoirde l’éffetdu système des informations administratives dans l’opération de la prise des décisions dans l’entrepris. Et comme une conclusion nous avons trouvés qui il a une relation très forte entre les deux variables :le système des informations administratives et la prise des décisions, car ce système aide les décideurs pour avoir des information éxacte et aptitude. Abstract: In Thisstudy, weadopted the analytical descriptive approach in presenting the concepts. In ourstudy, weselected the case of the National Institution of DomesticCeramics for the screening of the « Certaf » singer, trying to show and analyze the extent of the institution'sdependence. Wetried to understand the various aspects and economic variables and to achieve the objective of the study, whichwas to get to know the extent of the impact of information management systems in the decision-makingprocesswithin the organization « Certaf », whichisreflected in highlighting the most important foundationsthat are It has a system Management information and decisionmaking in the institution. This iswhatwededucedfromourstudy of the relationshipbetweenthesetwo variables. Wefoundthat administrative information systems have agreat impact on the decision-makingprocess and helps to provideaccurate and appropriate information to decisionmakers.
