دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة لخريجي الجامعة الجزائرية

Abstract

الملخص: ارتئينا من وراء هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء أكثر حول واقع المؤسسات الناشئة الجامعية علاقتها بحاضنات الاعمال الجامعية خصوصا ان هذه الأخيرة تواجه عدة عراقيل سواءا في ما يخص كيفية الغوص في عالم الاعمال او طريقة التمويلية او تسويقية ، لذلك اردنا التطرق الى واقع هذه المؤسسات الناشئة من بداية طرح فكرة مشروعها الى كيفية بعث الروح فيه وستجيده ثم نموه وتطويره ،وهذا دائما بمرافقة الحاضنات الاعمال التي اردنا ان نبين في دراستنا هذه كيف تعمل عللا توفير تسهيلات الخدمات للمشاريع المبتكرة والمندمجة تحت روح الريادة وابداع. وكدراسة تطبيقية للتوضيح اكثر كانت لنا المبادرة في طرح مشروع ضمن خصائص القرار 1275على حاضنات الأعمال للمركز الجامعي مغنية والذي حضي بتوجيهات جد قيمة كان لها دور كبير في تحديد طريق هذا المشروع من اجل ضمان استمرارية وتطويره Abstract : From behind this study, we decided to shed more light on the reality of university start-ups and their relationship with university business incubators, especially since the latter faces several obstacles, whether with regard to how to dive into the business world or the financing or marketing method, so we wanted to address the reality of these startups from the beginning Introducing the idea of its project to how to resurrect the spirit in it, prostrate it, then grow and develop it, and this is always accompanied by business incubators that we wanted to show in this study how it works to provide services facilities for innovative and integrated projects under the spirit of leadership and creativity. And as an applied study to clarify more, we had the initiative to put forward a project within the characteristics of Resolution 1275 on the business incubators of the University Center of Maghnia, which received very valuable directives that had a major role in determining the path of this project in order to ensure its continuity and development.
