Abstract

الملـخّــــص: لقد تطرّقنا في هذه الأطروحة إلى موضوع (الضّمان الاجتماعيّ) الّذي تمّ من خلاله تحليل الأسس و المعايير التي يعتمد عليها الصندوق الوطني للضّمان الاجتماعيّ (CNAS) في بلدنا الجزائر.ثمّ حاولنا التّركيز على أهمّيّة مصادر التّمويل أثناء الأزمات الاقتصادية. و في الأخير استنتجنا أنّ نظام (الضّمان الاجتماعيّ) يعتمد على اقتطاعات المؤمّنين كمصدر مهمّ للتّمويل و الحفاظ على التّوازن الماليّ لهذه المؤسّسة. Résumé : Dans cette thèse, nous nous sommes penchés sur le secteur de l’Assurance Sociale à travers l'analyse des bases et critères concernant cette institution, qui dépend parfaitement de la Caisse Nationale d’Assurance Sociale (CNAS) dans notre pays l'Algérie. En outre, nous nous concentrons notre intérêt sur les ressources de financement dans le cas des crises économiques .Enfin, on en déduit que le système de CNAS est basée principalement sur les cotisations des assurés qui sont considérées comme une ressource importante du financement et de maintenir l'équilibre financier de ce secteur. Abstract: In this thesis, we discussed the field of Social Insurance basing on the analysis of the criteria and foundations about this sector, which depends upon the National Fund of Social Insurance (CNAS) in our country Algeria. Moreover, we focus our interest on the financial resources during the case of economic crisis. Finally, we deduce that the system of Algerian Social Insurance (CNAS) is based primarily on insured deductions (membership fee) which are considered as an important resource of funding and maintain the financial balance of this institution.
