السياسة النقدية ودورها في إستهداف معدلات التضخم في الجزائرخلال فترة 2020/1990

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة السياسة النقدية ودورها في استهداف معدلات التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990-2020 ،ولتحقيق هذه الدراسة تم استعراض الجانب النظري لسياسة النقدية والتضخم وسياسة استهداف التضخم، كما تناولت الدراسة عرض مسار السياسة النقدية في الجزائر خلال الفترة ما بين 1990-2020 وتقييم فعالية سياسة استهداف التضخم من خلال بعض أدوات السياسة النقدية المنتهجة من طرف بنك الجزائر خلال هذه الفترة وأهم مؤشر لفعالية هذه السياسة هو أن يسعى البنك المركزي إلى تحقيق هدف وحيد والمتمثل في الاستقرار العام للأسعار.

Summary: This study aims to study monetary policy and its role in targeting inflation rates in Algeria during the period from 1990-2020, and to achieve this study, the theoretical aspect of monetary and inflation policy and inflation targeting policy was reviewed 2020-1990 and assessing the effectiveness of the inflation targeting policy through some monetary policy tools adopted by the Bank of Algeria during this period. The most important indicator of the effectiveness of this policy is that the central bank seeks to achieve a single goal, which is the general stability of prices.
