Abstract

Abstract : The realistic novel has gained a prominent position in the literary scene due to its reliance on experience and knowledge derived from lived reality. Algerian writers have used it as a means to portray their society, depicting various social phenomena that affect the youth, who are considered the nerve center and pulsating heart of the community. Abd El-Wahid Huari is one of the contemporary Algerian writers who have focused on this category, shedding light on their concerns and attempting to capture the different challenges and difficulties they face in their pursuit of a dignified life within the novel "The Life of an Algerian Philosopher." الملخص: لقد حظيت الرواية الواقعية بمكانة بارزة في الساحة الأدبية ،لاعتمادها على التجربة والخبرة التي يعود منبعها إلى الواقع المعيش؛ حيث نقل الأدباء الجزائريون من خلالها واقع مجتمعهم وما اشتمل عليه من ظواهر اجتماعية مست فئة الشباب باعتباره عصب المجتمع وقلبه النابض .ويعد عبد الواحد هواري من الكتاب الجزائريين المعاصرين الذين اهتموا بهذه الفئة ؛إذ سلط الضوء على همومهم وحاول رصد مختلف التحديات والصعوبات التي يواجهونها في سبيل حياة كريمة ضمن رواية حياة فيلسوف جزائري..
