دور الذكاء الاقتصادي في دعم ادارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية - دراسة حالة اتصالات الجزائر-

Abstract

الملخص : تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة إلى موضوع الذكاء الاقتصادي وعلاقته بإدارة الموارد البشرية، وتم إبراز أهمية إدماج هذه الرؤية الجديدة في علم المناجمنت وتوظيفها كآلية لتسيير المؤسسات والوصول إلى تحقيق الأهداف المرغوب فيها. ولتوضيح واقع تطبيق الذكاء الاقتصادي وانعكاساته على إدارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة الجزائرية ،تم تحضير دراسة ميدانية شملت مؤسسة موبيليس للهاتف النقال.وقد أفضت النتائج المتوصل إليها إلى أن موضوع الذكاء الاقتصادي مازال في بداية تطبيقه لعدم فهمه واستيعابه من طرف مسيري هذه المؤسسة. Résumé: Dans cette étude, nous avons discuté de la question de l'intelligence économique et de sa gestion des ressources humaines, il a été souligné l'importance d'intégrer cette nouvelle vision dans la science Almnajmnt et de les utiliser comme un mécanisme pour la conduite des institutions et l'accès pour atteindre les objectifs souhaités. Pour illustrer la réalité de l'application de l'intelligence économique et son impact sur la gestion des ressources humaines dans l'organisation algérienne, la préparation d'une étude sur le terrain inclus Mobilis Fondation téléphone Anakal.oukd conduit leurs conclusions. Que le thème de l'intelligence économique est encore au début de son application pour ne pas compris et absorbé par les gestionnaires de cette institution partie.

Abstract: In this study, we discussed the issue of economic intelligence and its human resources management, it was highlighted the importance of integrating this new vision in the science Almnajmnt and using them as a mechanism for the conduct of institutions and access to achieve the desired goals. To illustrate the reality of the application of economic intelligence and its impact on human resources management in the Algerian organization, the preparation of a field study included Mobilis Foundation phone calls. and the results finding that the theme of economic intelligence is still at the beginning of its application for not understood and absorbed by the managers of this institution party.
