Abstract

الملخّــــــــــــــــــــص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور برامج التدريب في تحسين الخدمة في المؤسسة ، حيث تم إسقاط الجانب التطبيقي على مستشفى شعبان حمدون مغنية ، و لجمع المعطيات والبيانات اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي في هذه الدراسة ،ولتحقيق هذا الهدف ثمّ اِستخدام الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة حيث تم الاعتماد على (57)إستبيانة وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج spss توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها:أن التدريب أحد العوامل الرئيسية في تحسين الخدمة لدى المؤسسات يؤثر التدريب على الأفراد وسلوكياتهم
