Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتقديم مخطط أعمال المشروع إنشاء منصة تجارة الكترونية بالجزائر ومدى إمكانية نجاحه حيث يمثل مخطط الأعمال أول الخطوات في طريق تحقيق مشروع ناجح وذو مردودية اقتصادية ومالية، وللوصول إلى هذا الهدف كان لابد أولا من إلقاء الضوء على المفاهيم العامة حول التجارة الالكترونية و كدا البيئة العامة لها و معوقاتها في الجزائر لفهم أهمية المشروع و متطلبات نجاحه، كما تطرقنا في هذا الفصل أيضا إلى مكونات مخطط الأعمال، انطلاقا من المخطط التنظيمي والقانوني لإعطاء المشروع الصبغة القانونية، ثم المخطط الإنتاجي والتسويقي للبحث عن التجهيزات التي يحتاجها المشروع، كذا الطرق التي يمكن من خلالها الوصول إلى الجمهور المستهدف وصولا إلى المخطط المالي لدراسة تكاليف وعائدات المشروع، وأيضا مختلف الجوانب المالية المرتبطة به والتي من شأنها أن تزيد من درجة التأكد وتقلل الخطورة. بعد تحليل ودراسة مخطط الأعمال المشروع منصة التجارة الالكترونية linkup ، تبين انه مشروع مجدي اقتصاديا يمكن الاستفادة منه والتوسع فيه لتحقيق أرباح مالية معتبرة، وكذا المساهمة في التنمية الاقتصادية.

Summary: This study aims to present a business plan for the project of establishing an e-commerce platform in Algeria and its potential success. The business plan represents the first steps toward achieving a successful and economically and financially profitable project. To reach this goal, it was necessary first to shed light on the general concepts of e-commerce, its general environment, and its obstacles in Algeria to understand the importance of the project and its success requirements. This chapter also addresses the components of the business plan, starting with the organizational and legal blueprint to give the project a legal status, followed by the production and marketing plan to search for the equipment needed for the project, as well as the methods through which the target audience can be reached, leading up to the financial plan to study the costs and revenues of the project, and also various financial aspects related to it which would increase certainty and reduce risk. After analyzing and studying the business plan of the e-commerce platform project "Linkup," it became clear that it is an economically viable project that can be utilized and expanded to achieve significan
