Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مكانة التمويل الفلاحي في الاقتصاد الجزائري ودوره في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في السنوات الأخيرة، وذلك بتشخيص الواقع الغذائي يعرض مقومات التمويل الفلاحي ومدى قدرته على تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي للبلد ورفع مستوى الأمن الغذائي من جهة وتحديد معوقات التي تواجهه من جهة أخرى، حيث توصل هذا البحث إلى أن للتمويل الفلاحي دور فعال في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي الذي حقق نسب معبرة خلال السنوات الأخيرة وهذا راجع للاهتمام الدولة بقطاع الفلاحة ودعمه للفلاحين ولذلك يجب مضاعفة جهود أكثر ودعم الاستثمار في هذا القطاع لتحقيق معدلات أفضل للأمن الغذائي. Summary: This study aims to highlight the impotance of agricultural finance in the Algerian economy and its role in achieving food security in recent years, This is done by diagnosing the food situation presenting the components of agricultural finance, and assessing its ability to achieve self-sufficiency for the country and raise the level of food security on the one hand and identify the obstacles it’s faces on the other hand, The research concluded that agricultural financing plays an effective role in achieving food security, which has witnessed significantimprovement in recent years. This is attributes to thegovemment’s on the agricultural sector and its support for farmers. Therefore, There is a need to intensively efforts and support investment in this sector to achieve betterfood securityrates.
