الاتصال الخارجي و علاقته بجودة التعليم - دراسة حالة ثانوية أحمد البيروني -

Abstract

• الملخص تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على الاتصال الخارجي و علاقته بجودة التعليم ، و قد جاءت لاختبار الفرضيات التي طرحت لمعالجة مشكلة البحث ، و قد تم استخدام المنهج الاحصائي الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة ، و يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من عمال و أساتذة و أولياء التلاميذ في ثانوية أحمد البيروني – مغنية - ، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتطوير أداة الدراسة ، فقد استعملنا الاستبانة و اشتملت 40 عينة و 19 فقرة ، و تم استرجاع جميع الاستبانات صالحة للتحليل ، و في ضوء ذلك تم جمع البيانات و اختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاقتصادية SPSS . و في نهاية هذه الدراسة توصلنا الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات و أهمها يوجد تاثير ذو دلالة إحصائية للاتصال الخارجي على جودة التعليم مستوى معنوية 0.05 . • Summary: his study aims to explore the relationship between external communication and the quality of education. It was conducted to address the research problem by testing a set of hypotheses. The study adopted a descriptive and analytical methodology, and the research population included staff, teachers, and parents of students at Ahmed El-Birouni Secondary School in Maghnia. To achieve the objectives of the study, a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was developed, consisting of 19 items distributed to a sample of 40 participants. All questionnaires were successfully collected and deemed valid for statistical analysis. Data were analyzed and hypotheses tested using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study concluded with several findings, the most significant of which was the presence of a statistically significant effect of external communication on the quality of education at a 0.05 level of significance.

Son étude vise à explorer la relation entre la communication externe et la qualité de l’éducation. Il a été mené pour résoudre le problème de recherche en testant un ensemble d’hypothèses. L’étude a adopté une méthodologie descriptive et analytique, et la population de recherche comprenait du personnel, des enseignants et des parents d’élèves de l’école secondaire Ahmed El-Birouni de Maghnia. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l’étude, un instrument de recherche sous la forme d’un questionnaire a été développé, composé de 19 éléments distribués à un échantillon de 40 participants. Tous les questionnaires ont été collectés avec succès et jugés valides pour l’analyse statistique.

Les données ont été analysées et les hypothèses ont été testées à l’aide du paquet statistique pour les sciences sociales (SPSS). L’étude s’est terminée par plusieurs résultats, dont le plus significatif était la présence d’un effet statistiquement significatif de la communication externe sur la qualité de l’éducation à un niveau de signification de 0,05.
