أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف على التجارة الخارجية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990/ 2020

Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تغيرات سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري على التجارة الخارجية, حيث تم التعرف على مختلف المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بسعر الصرف من أنظمته وسياساته. و كذلك أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالتجارة الخارجية وأهم النظريات المفسرة لها، وإبراز العلاقة بين سعر الصرف والتجارة الخارجية في حالة الجزائر من خلال الاستعانة ببيانات إحصائية تخص الفترة 1990/2020 وتحليلها. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري يتأثر بسعر المحروقات بالدرجة الأولى، ما يجعل الاقتصاد الجزائري رهينة لتقلبات الأسعار العالمية للنفط.و تبين وجود علاقة طردية بين سعر الصرف والواردات، وعلاقة عكسية بين سعر الصرف والصادرات. Abstract : The aim of this study is to measure the impact of changes in the Algerian dinar exchange rate on foreign trade, with the many basic concepts related to the exchange rate recognized from its regulations and policies. In addition, the most essential ideas connected to foreign trade and the most important theories that explain them are highlighted, as is the relationship between the exchange rate and foreign commerce in the instance of Algeria through the use of statistical data from 1990 to 2020 and its analysis. The study concluded that the Algerian dinar's exchange rate is impacted by the oil-price in the first place, making the Algerian economy vulnerable to variations in worldwide oil prices. It was discovered that the exchange rate and imports have a direct link, while the exchange rate and exports have an inverse relationship.
