ARDL دراسة قياسية لمشكلة البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2016 باستخدام أسلوب الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة

Abstract

ملخص : تهدف الدراسة إلى وصف ،تحليل وقياس أثر بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية على معدل البطالة في الجزائر ،وبالاعتماد على الدراسات السابقة تم أخذ معدل البطالة كمتغير تابع ،وكل من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ،معدل التضخم والصادرات كمتغيرات مستقلة خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1980 حتى 2016 ،. الدراسة استوجب ت استخدام نموذج ARDL،حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود تكامل مشترك يربط بين (معدل البطالة ) بالمتغيراتالاقتصاديةالاخرى ( الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ومعدل التضخم وحجم الصادرات) على المدى الطويل،حيث أن معدل التضخم كان له تأثير إيجابي قوي ومعنوي على زيادة معدلات البطالة ،في حين أن كل من حجم الصادرات والناتج المحلي الإجمالي ظهر بعلاقة سلبية مع معدل لبطالة دون أي أثر معنوي ،بينما على مستوى المدى القصير أظهرت النتائج عكس ذلك ،إذ أن معدل التضخم يتماشى عكسيا مع معدل البطالة وهذا يتماشى مع فحوى منحنى فيليبس ،كما وضح النموذج في المدى القصير عدم نجاعة كل من الناتج المحلي الاجمالي وحجم الصادرات في التخقيض من ظاهرة البطالة ،إذيأخذ كل منهما وقتا طويلا من أجل التقليص من مشكلة البطالة . Abstrait : L'étude vise à décrire, analyser et mesurer l'effet de certaines variables macroéconomiques sur le taux de chômage en Algérie. Basé sur des études antérieures, le taux de chômage a été pris comme une variable dépendante, et à la fois le PIB, l'inflation et les exportations en tant que variables indépendantes au cours de la période de 1980 à 2016. L'étude a montré l'utilisation du modèle ARDL. Les résultats ont montré une intégration commune entre le taux de chômage et d'autres variables économiques (PIB, inflation et exportations) à long terme. Le taux d'inflation a eu un fort impact positif et significatif sur l'augmentation des taux de chômage. Que les exportations et le PIB ont montré une corrélation négative avec le taux de chômage sans effet significatif. À court terme, les résultats ont montré le contraire. Le taux d'inflation est inversement proportionnel au taux de chômage. Ceci est en ligne avec la poussée de la courbe de Phillips. L'inefficacité de tous Les produits intérieurs bruts (PIB) et les exportations sont coupés du chômage, chacun prenant beaucoup de temps pour réduire le problème du chômage.

Abstract: The study aims at describing, analyzing and measuring the effect of some macroeconomic variables on the unemployment rate in Algeria. Based on previous studies, the unemployment rate was taken as a dependent variable, and both GDP, inflation and exports as independent variables during the period from 1980 to 2016. The study showed the use of the ARDL model. The results showed a common integration between unemployment rate and other economic variables (GDP, inflation and exports) in the long run. The inflation rate had a strong positive and significant impact on the increase in unemployment rates. That both exports and GDP showed a negative correlation with the unemployment rate without any significant effect. On the short term, the results showed the opposite. The inflation rate is inversely proportional to the unemployment rate. This is in line with the thrust of the Phillips curve. Inefficiency of all m Gross domestic product (GDP) and exports are cut off from unemployment, each taking a long time to reduce the unemployment problem.
