دور التأمين الفلاحي في تغطية الأخطار الفلاحية دراسة حالة الصندوق الوطني للتعاون الفلاحي

Abstract

الملخص: يعتبر التأمين على الأخطار الفلاحية من أهم أنواع التأمين وذلك لمساهمته الكبيرة في تطور القطاع الفلاحي الذي اقتصاد أي بلد، ونظرا لتعرضه لمخاطر متعددة تتسبب في خسائر مادية محتملة في الثروة أو الدخل نتيجة بلعم بدوره الوقوع حادث معين، فالتأمين الفلاحي ومن خلال حمايته لمختلف منتجات وممتلكات الفلاح المتنوعة سواء كانت نباتية أو حيوانية أو عتان فلاحي، فهو يقوم بجبر الأضرار التي تلحق بها والتي تسبب خسائر كبيرة من جراء مختلف الأخطار الفلاحية والتخفيف منها وذلك باعتباره ألية أساسية في تحويل المخاطر وتوفير الحماية المنتوجات الفلاح جراء مختلف العوامل الخاصة التي تسبب الضرر بالقطاع الفلاحي ويعتمد الصندوق الوطني للتعاون الفلاحي مختلف التقنيات الخاصة بترتيب العقود وانجاز الاستدعاءات، وإبرام عقود تأمين مختلفة التي يهدف من خلالها إلى تعويض الفلاح عن الضرر الحاصل نتيجة تحقق الخطر المؤمن منه. Abstract : Insurance on agricultural risks is one of the most important types of insurance due to its significant contribution to the development of the agricultural sector, which is the economy of any country, and due to its exposure to multiple risks that cause potential material losses in wealth or income as a result of in turn causing a certain accident. It compensates for and mitigates the damages inflicted on them, which cause great losses as a result of various agricultural hazards, as a basic mechanism for transferring risks and providing protection for farmers’ products due to various special factors that cause damage to the agricultural sector. The National Agricultural Cooperation has various techniques for arranging contracts, completing summons, and concluding various insurance contracts, through which it aims to compensate the farmer for the damage caused as a result of the realization of the insured risk.
