دور التعليم العالي بالجزائر في بناء اقتصاد المعرفة -دراسة حالة الجزائر -

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة االى تحليل واقع التعليم بالجزائلر من خلال ابراز دوره في بناء اقتصاد المعرفة، و الذي يعتمد أساسا على الاستثمار في رأس المال البشرين و يرتكز على منظومة البحث و التطوير التي تعد شريان الحياة لهذا الاقتصاد و ذلك على اعتبار أن التعليم هو مفتاح المرور لدخول عصر المعرفة، فمجتمع المعرفة إذا مرتبط بمفهوم مجتمع التعليم، دون اهمال الدور الفعال لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال في التوجه نحو هذا الاقتصاد الجديد و على هذا الأساس يستدعي من الجزائر أن تضاعف مجهوداتها لتطوير قطاع التعليم العالي. Cette étude a pour but d'analyser la réalité de l'enseignement supérieur en Algérie à travers son rôle qui est l'économie de la connaissance, Il est basé essentiellement sur l'investissement de son capital concernant sa population, Il est fondé aussi sur le système de la recherche et de développement qui est considéré l'élément vital de cette économie, cet enseignement est une ouverture et un passage à l'époque de la connaissance sans négliger le rôle principal de la technologie et la communication qui orientent vers cette nouvelle économie, A cet effet l'Algérie doit multiplier ses efforts pour développer le secteur de l'enseignement supérieur.

This study aims at analising the reality of higher education in Algeria by highlighting its role in building a knowledge-based economy, which relies mainly on investment in human capital, and is based on the system of research and development, which is the lifeblood of the economy and so on the grounds that education is the key password to enter the era of knowledge , the community of knowledge is then linked to the concept of community education, without neglecting the active role of information and communication technology for the sake of directing towards this new economy, and on this basis it is required from Algeria to double its efforts to develop the higher education sector.
