أثر تغيرات أسعار البترول على بعض المتغيرات الاقتصاد الكلية حالة الجزائر -دراسة قياسية 1970-2014

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل أثر اسعار البترول على بعض متغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي الجزائري( النمو الاقتصادي، التضخم، البطالة، التوازن الخارجي ) خلال الفترة (1970-2014)،من خلال استعراض كل من الأثر الإيجابي لوفرة الموارد الطبيعية على النمو الاقتصادي من خلال تجربة اقتصاديات دول نفطية ناجحة (النرويج)، وكذلك الأثر السلبي من خلال التفسير الاقتصادي لنظرية نقمة الموارد الطبيعية. وبعد القيام بالدراسة التحليلية ثم القياسية باستخدام نموذج الانحدار المتعدد خلصت الدراسة التطبيقية إلى وجود تأثيرات ذات دلالة إحصائية لأسعار البترول على متغيرات الدراسة في الجزائر. Cette recherche vise à analyser l'impact des prix du pétrole sur certaines variables macro-économiques algériens (La croissance économique, l'inflation, le chômage, la balance extérieure) durant la période 1970-2014 en passant en revue de l'ensemble de l'impact positif de l'abondance des ressources naturelles sur la croissance économique Grâce à d'expérience des économies réussie des pays pétroliers (Norvège) , En plus de l'impact négatif de l'interprétation économique de la théorie de la malédiction des ressources naturelles . Après avoir fait l'étude analytique et économétrique, avec l’utilisation de modèle de régression multiple, L'étude a conclu d’une existence d’un effet statistiquement significatif positive du prix du pétrole sur les variables macro-économiques en Algérie This research aims to analyze the impact of oil prices on some Algerian macroeconomic variables (Economic growth, inflation, unemployment, external balance) during the period 1970-2014 Through a review of all of the positive impact of the natural resources abundance on economic growth by using the successful oil countries’ economies experience (Norway), as well as the negative impact by the economic interpretation of the theory of Natural resource curse. After doing analytical study and then using the multiple regression model, applied study concluded the existence of positive statistically significant effects of oil prices on the macroeconomic variables in Algeria.
