    ملخص : إن تمويل التنمية الاقتصادية أصبح ضرورة حتمية من خلالها يمكن تحويل البلد من حالة ركوض إلى حالة ازدهار وتقدم ، إذ تعتبر الأسواق المالية كأحد الآليات الهامة في عملية تمويل مختلف النشاطات الاقتصادية لما تكتسيه فياستغلال المواردمنخلالتحويلالفوائضالماليةمنمجردمدخرات متراكمةفياستخداماتإنتاجية، تؤديإليتوسيعالقاعدةالإنتاجيةومنثمزيادةفرصالعمالةو زيادةالدخلالقومي، وكذا التنويع في الأدوات المتداولةو زيادة عدد الشركات المدرجة الأمر الذييؤدي إلى وجود سوق مالي كفءمما يكرس ديمومة التمويل و بالتاليتحقيقالتنمية الاقتصادية . Résumé : Le financement du développement économique est devenu un impératif par lequel le pays peut passer d’un état de stagnation à la prospérité et au progrès Les marchés financiers sont considérés comme un mécanisme important dans le financement de diverses activités économiques en raison de leur utilisation des ressources en convertissant les excédents financiers à partir de simples économies accumulées dans des utilisations productives، ce qui conduit à l’expansion de la base productive et donc à l’augmentation des possibilités d’emploi، à l’augmentation du revenu national، ainsi qu’à la diversification des instruments en circulation et à l’augmentation du nombre de sociétés cotées، ce qui conduit à un marché financier efficace، qui perpétue la permanence de la finance et réalise ainsi le développement économique. Abstract : Financingeconomicdevelopment has become an imperativethroughwhich the country can betransformedfrom a state of stagnation intoprosperity and progress، as financialmarkets are considered as one of the important mechanisms in the financing of variouseconomicactivitiesbecause of their exploitation of resources by convertingfinancialsurplusesfrommereaccumulatedsavings in productive uses، leading to the expansion of the productive base and thusincreasingemploymentopportunities and increasing national income، as well as diversification in the instruments in circulation and increasing the number of listedcompanies. This leads to an efficient financialmarket، whichperpetuates the sustainability of finance and thuseconomicdevelopment.
