Item التسويق المباشر في تحديد الميزة التنافسية – دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر – سبدو(University Centre of Maghnia, 2024-11-27) بن علال مروىباللغة العربية : تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى العلاقة القائمة بين التسويق المباشر والميزة التنافسية، إضافة إلى أهميته في زيادة المنافسة بين المؤسسات، وصنع الابتكار والتجديد، حيث تم طرح الإشكالية القائلة: الى أي مدى يؤثر التسويق المباشر على الميزة التنافسية؟ ومن أجل إيجاد حل للإشكالية فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكذا برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية spss حيث اتضح أن للتسويق المباشر علاقة طردية الميزة التنافسية كما أن له دور في تطويرها .. اللغة الإنجليزية : The study aims to clarify the extent of the existing relationship between direct marketing and competitive advantage, in addition to its importance in increasing competition between institutions and creating innovation and innovation. The question was raised: To what extent does direct marketing affect competitive advantage? In order to find a solution to the problem, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach as well as the SPSS statistical package program, as it became clear that direct marketing has a direct relationship with competitive advantage and also has a role in developing it.Item ممارسة إدارة المعرفة وأثرها على آداء المؤسسات الإقتصاية دراسة حالة بعض المؤسسات الناشط ة بمغنية(University Centre of Maghnia, 2024-11-19) مرغاد ياسينالملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مدى تأثير إدارة المعرفة على أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر، حيث تم استهداف عينة عشوائية من بعض المؤسسات الناشطة في مغنية حجمها 120 مشاهدة وللحكم على الفرضيات تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاستعانة ببرنامج SPSS ونماذج الانحدار المتعدد وتوصلنا إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لجميع أبعاد إدارة المعرفة على الأداء الاقتصادي للمؤسسات الجزائرية، وعليه نوصي بضرورة الاهتمام بالمعرفة إذ تعتبر مورد أساسي يساعد على تطوير المؤسسات وتحسين أدائها. Abstract: This study aims to measure the impact of knowledge management on the performance of Algeria's economic institutions A random sample of some institutions active in a 120-viewer singer was targeted and hypotheses were judged. The analytical descriptive curriculum was used using the SPSS programme and multiple regression models and we found a statistically significant impact of all dimensions of knowledge management on the economic performance of Algerian institutions. Abstract : In recent decades, e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media platforms have revolutionized the world of commerce and shopping, making the process of buying and selling easier, more efficient, and more connected. Today, e-commerce relies on the use of modern technology and the internet to facilitate commercial exchanges between sellers and buyers without the need for physical presence. Additionally, digital marketing plays a vital role in the success of e-commerce, involving the use of digital channels to promote products and services. Social media platforms have also become an essential part of the online shopping experience, aiding in brand and product promotion and providing direct communication channels between brands and customers. Therefore, this study aims to identify the relationship between digital marketing and social media platforms and evaluate their effectiveness by addressing the following problem statement: "How can social media platforms support digital marketing, and to what extent do Family Price customers respond to e-commerce applications dedicated to discounts only?" This will be accomplished through a statistical analysis using SPSS software on a sample of 250 customers at the FAMILY PRICE store in Maghnia. Abstract: The water scarcity crisis has become a sensitive issue that has burdened the citizens and farmers of the Beni Bou Said region, as the region has recently witnessed, especially the last 5 years, an unprecedented scarcity of rainfall, which has had a negative impact on the surface water reserves and dams and the decline in the groundwater level. But thanks to the continuous and expended efforts and innovative solutions, these challenges are being overcome by most farmers in the region resorting to drilling wells and extracting groundwater from the ground in order to exploit it, whether for drinking or supplying their crops and agricultural lands with water and trying to provide a sustainable source of clean water. Summary of the study The topic of this research revolves around the mechanism of medical waste management and treatment. In the theoretical aspect, we addressed the clarification of some concepts related to medical waste, its types, sources, effects and how to treat it, as stipulated in the legislative texts. As for the second chapter, we conducted a feasibility study of a small institution that treats medical waste by incineration in the state of Tlemcen, which lacks such a project, and we used in the technical study the direct interview with the staff of the public institution of neighborhood health Bab Al assa; Maghnia; public hospital institution Chaabane Hamdoun Maghnia; hospital andaloussi One of the most important findings of this research is that adherence to the law plays a major role in the success of the medical waste treatment process. Summary: This study aims to present a business plan for the project of establishing an e-commerce platform in Algeria and its potential success. The business plan represents the first steps toward achieving a successful and economically and financially profitable project. To reach this goal, it was necessary first to shed light on the general concepts of e-commerce, its general environment, and its obstacles in Algeria to understand the importance of the project and its success requirements.
