Item أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على أداء الموارد البشرية دراسة حالة "بلدية سيدي مجاهد"(University Centre of Maghnia, 2024-09-26) أونان عبد الوهاب مزرعي بن ا عمرالملخص : تناولت هاته الدراسة أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على أداء الموارد البشريةببلدية سيدي مجاهد. وهدفت إلى معرفة مستوى تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال و كذا مستوى أداء الموارد البشرية بالبلدية ، ومعرفة أثر استخدام أبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال المتمثلة في ( الأجهزة والمعدات، البرمجيات، شبكات الاتصال و قواعد البيانات) على أداء الموارد البشرية . ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة خاصة لجمع البيانات، وقد وزعت على عينة من الموارد البشرية في البلدية والتي تقدر بـ (70) استبانة، ولقد تم استرجاع (58) استبانة صالحة للتحليل ليتم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج 26spss كما تم الاعتماد على عدة أدوات إحصائية للقياس أهمها: مقاييس الإحصاء الوصفي، الانحدار الخطي البسيط، الانحدار الخطي المتعدد...الخ وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها : أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بأبعادها المتمثلة في: (الأجهزة والمعدات، قواعد البيانات ، شبكات الاتصال والبرمجيات) على أداء الموارد البشرية ببلدية سيدي مجاهدوبناءا على ما تم التوصل إليه يجب على البلدية توفير الأجهزة والمعدات الكافية لانجاز المهام وكذا الاهتمام بتحسين شبكات الاتصال وقواعد البيانات وكذا الحفاظ على مستوى البرمجيات والعمل على إثراءه وكذا توفير الدعم المادي اللازم لاستغلاله في تعويض مختلف النقائص بما يتلائم مع متطلبات العمل . The abstract : This studyexamined the impact of the use of information and communication technology on the performance of humanresources in the municipality of Sidi Mjahed. It aimed to know the level of information and communication technology as well as the level of humanresources performance, and to know the impact of using the dimensions of information and communication technologyrepresented in (hardware and equipment, software, communication networks and databases) on the performance of humanresources. To achieve the objectives of the study, a special questionnaire wasdesigned to collect data, and itwasdistributed to a sample of humanresources in the municipality, whichisestimatedat (70) questionnaires. (58) valid questionnaires wereretrieved to beanalyzedusing the spss26 program. Severalstatisticaltoolswerealsoreliedupon for measurement, the most important of whichis Descriptive statisticsmeasures, simple linearregression, multiple linearregression, one-wayanalysis of variance...etc The studyreached a set of results, the most important of whichis: thatthereis a statisticallysignificant impact of information and communication technology in its dimensions represented by: (hardware and equipment, software, communication networks, and databases) on the performance of humanresources in the municipality of Sidi Mjahed. Based on whatwasachieved, itisnecessary to The municipalityprovidessufficientdevices and equipment to complete the tasks, as well as paying attention to improving communication networks and providing the necessaryfinancial support to beused to compensate for variousshortcomings in a waythatsuitsworkrequirements.
