Abstract

الملخص: تعتبر إدارة الجودة الشاملة من الادارات المهمة والمفيدة داخل الشركات الخاصة والعامة، لأنها تعمل على رفع كفاءة الأداء لدى العاملين وذلك بالاهتمام بتطوير وتدريب العاملين وكذلك تحفيزهم بالطرق العينية والمادية وتركيز الجهود على تلبية حاجات ورغبات الزبائن لتحقيق هدف البقاء والاستمرار في عالم المنافسة. لذلك تأتي هذه الدراسة لتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها من طرف عمال مؤسسة الخزف المنزلي سيرتاف بمغنية وتوضيح آليات تأثير الجودة الشاملة على تقييم أداء العاملين. Résumé TQM est l’un des départements les plus importants et les plus utiles des entreprises privées et publiques, car il vise à accroître l’efficacité des performances des employés en accordant une attention particulière au développement et à la formation des employés, tout en les motivant physiquement et physiquement et en concentrant les efforts pour répondre aux besoins et aux souhaits des clients, afin de réaliser leur objectif de survie et de continuité dans le monde de la compétition. Par conséquent, cette étude est destinée à analyser les données collectées par les employés de la Home Ceramics Foundation et à expliquer les mécanismes de l’impact global sur la qualité de l’évaluation de la performance des travailleurs.
