Abstract

الملخص: يواجه التعليم العالي تحديات كبيرة في ظل العولمة والانفتاح التعليمي، كونه أساس رقي المجتمعات وتقدمها، لذلك تعتبر ضمان جودة أداءه من أهم انشغالات المؤسسات الجامعية التي تسعى إلى ضمان توفير جميع الإمكانيات البشرية والبيداغوجية، لضمان خدمة تعليمية تتماشى مع التطور الذي يشهده العالم على جميع الأصعدة ليكون المستفيد الأول، هو الطالب الذي يمثل مخرجات العملية التعليمية والذي بدوره، سيحمل المشعل قدما نحو التميز. وعليه هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تطبيق نموذج إيشيكاوا في تقييم ضمان جودة التعليم العالي، بجامعة مغنية، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، تم تصميم أداة الدراسة من استبيان موجه لطلبة المركز الجامعي، حيث وزعت الاستبانة إلكترونيا فتم قبول 400 استبانة ورفض 38 استبانة.

Abstract:

Higher education faces great challenges in the light of globalization and educational openness, being the basis for the advancement and progress of societies, so ensuring the quality of its performance is one of the most important concerns of university institutions that seek to ensure the provision of all human and pedagogical possibilities, to ensure an educational service in line with the development witnessed by the world at all levels to be the first beneficiary, the student who represents the outputs of the educational process, which in turn will carry the torch forward towards excellence. Accordingly, the aim of this study was to apply the Ishikawa model in the evaluation of the quality of higher education, at University Centre of MAGHNIA, and to achieve the objectives of this study, the study tool was designed from a questionnaire addressed to the students of the university centre, where the questionnaire was distributed electronically, 400 questionnaires were accepted and 38 questionnaires rejected.
