دور السياسة النقدية والمالية في مواجهة الأزمات المالية في القرن 21 – دراسة حالة الجزائر-

Abstract

ملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي الفعالية النسبية للسياستين المالية والنقدية في معالجة الأزمات المالية في الجزائر خلال القرن 21 م من أجل ذلك استخدمت أدوات السايسة النقدية والمالية وأهداف وتعديلات من أجل وصول إلى عجلة اقتصادية متكاملة وتحقيق استقرار الاقتصادي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى قوة فعالية السياسة النقدية أكثر من السياسة المالية في معالجة الأزمات الاقتصادية. وفي الأخير أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اتباع سياسة نقدية ومالية متكاملة وتسيير جنبا ولجنب في نفس الاتجاه إلى تحقيق أهداف السياسة الاقتصادية والتي من بينها معالجة الأزمات المالية. Résumé: Cette étude visait à examiner l'efficacité relative des politiques fiscales et monétaires pour faire face aux crises financières en Algérie au XXIe siècle. De la politique fiscale face aux crises économiques. Enfin, l’étude a recommandé la nécessité d’adopter une politique monétaire et budgétaire intégrée et d’aller côte à côte dans la même direction pour atteindre les objectifs de la politique économique, notamment la gestion des crises financières.
