دور وكالات الدعم في إنشاء مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة لتوفير مناصب الشغل

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة بصفة أساسية إلى تبيان مدى مساهمة وكالات الدعم في إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من خلال المرافقة المقاولاتية لتوفير مناصب الشغل، أين تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم جمع البيانات من أداة الاستبانة التي تم توجيهها للمقاولين والمقاولات المستفدين من دعم الوكالات (ANSEJ,ENJEM CNAC). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أن الامتيازات الممنوحة من طرف الدولة عن طريق الوكالة تساهم في إنجاح المشاريع، كما أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تعمل على توفير مناصب الشغل، بالإضافة على أن فعالية الخدمات المقدمة من طرف الوكالات تعمل على إنشاء مشاريع صغيرة ومتوسطة. Résumé : Cette étude vise fondamentalement à clarifier l’entendue de la contribution des agences d’appui à la création de petites et moyennes entreprises par accompagnement entrepreneurial fournir des postes à travaille où il a été adopté la méthode analytique descriptive et les données ont été collectées à partir de l’outil de questionnaire qui a été destiné aux entrepreneurs bénéficiant du soutien de l’agence (ANSEJ, ENJEM,CNAC) et l’étude à atteint les résultats les plus importants: les concessions accordées par le gouvernement à travers l’agence il contribue à la réussit des projets, aussi les petites et moyennes entreprises contribue à créer des opportunités d’emploi, en outre l’efficacité des services fournir par les agences contribue à la création des petites et moyennes projets.
