تكنلوجيا المعلومات كآلية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية إحصائية لتقرير التنمية المستدامة 2020 باستخدام طريقة ACP

Abstract

الملخص: شهدت العقود الاخيرة تسارع كبير في تطوير واعتماد تكنولوجيا جديدة، فعلى الرغم من وجود فجوات مختلفة من حيث تبني بين اجزاء مختلفة من دول العالم، ولا سيما في في اقل البلدان نموا حيث أن التسارع التكنولوجي اصبح يؤثر على كل مجال تقريبا سواء ما يتعلق بالمجالات الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية ، الثقافية. فاليوم اصبحت تكنولوجيا المعلومات تكتسي اهمية كبيرة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وعليه تهدف هده الدراسة الى تحديد تأثير الفحوة الرقمية على التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر وذلك عبر اغل اجابة على الاشكالية التالية :"ما مدى تأثير الفجوة الرقمية على التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر"، من خلال دراسة احصائية تحليلية بتطبيق طريقة التحليل بالمركبات الأساسية ACP بين مجموعة الدول مقارنة بالجزائر بناءا على تقرير التنمية المستدامة لسنة 2020. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات هو احد العوامل الرئيسة لتحقيق اهداف التنمية المستدامة و بالتالي فهو يتأثر بالفجوة الرقمية .

Abstract : Recent decades have seen a dramatically accelerating pace in the development and adoption of new technologies, even though various gaps persist in terms of adoption in different parts of the world, especially in the least developed countries. This rapid technological change is affecting almost every area of the economy, society and culture. Today, the role of information and communications technologies (ITs) is a very important in achieving sustainable development, this study aims to determine impact of the digital divide on the sustainable development in Algeria, and to answer the following problem: “How the digital divide affects achieving the (SDG) in Algeria” through a statistical analytical study by applying the method PCA between a group of countries compared to Algeria on the bases of sustainable development Report 2020. This study has been observed that Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) are the most influenced by IT and the digital divide.
