أثر التحفيز على أداء العاملين دراسة حالة بلدية سيدي مجاهد – تلمسان-

Abstract

الملخص هذه الدراسة تعالج موضوع: الحوافز و تحفيز الموارد البشرية وتأثيرها على أدائهم، حيث يعتبر التميز في الأداء أهم معيار على الإطلاق من معايير و أسس الحوافز. تحدثنا في الجانب النظري من هذه الدراسة إلى إدارة الموارد البشرية، الحوافز و الأداء، و كل ما يتعلق بذلك من مفاهيم أساسية . أما في الجانب التطبيقي درسنا هذا الموضوع في بلدية سيدي مجاهد. نتائج الدراسة أظهرت أن الحوافز سواء المادية منها أو المعنوية تؤثر بشكل كبير على مستوى الأداء و يكسب المنظمة ميزة عالية في مجال تنافسية المنظمات. Abstract: This study dealt with the subject: incentives and motivate human resources and i impact on their performance. where the excellence in performance the most important of all of the standards and foundations of incentives. I spoke in the theoretical side of this study on human resources management, Incentives and performance, and all of the related basic concepts. In the practical side I study this subject in the Commune of SIDI MEDJAHED. Results of the study showed that the incentives, whether physical or moral ones have a significant impact on the level of performance and organization earns high competitive advantage in the field of organizations. Résumé: Cette étude portait sur le sujet: incitations et motiver les ressources humaines et impact sur leurs performances où l'excellence dans la performance la plus importante de toutes les normes et les fondation des incitations. J'ai parlé dans la partie théorique de cette étude sur la gestion des ressourceshumaines, incitations et performance et tous les concepts de base associés. Dans le côté pratique, nous avons étudié ce sujet dans La Commune de SIDI MEDJAHED. Résultats de l'étude a montré que les mesures incitatives, si physique ou morale deceux qui ont un impact significatif sur le niveau de performance et organisation gagne haut avantage concurrentiel dans le domaine des organisations.
