Abstract

ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الإبداع في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي باعتبار أن الجامعات هي العمود الفقري للتطور الشعوب وتقدمها لأي دولة كانت. وعليه حاولنا في هذه الدراسة معالجة الإشكالية التالية: كيف يمكن للإبداع لدى هيئة التدريس أن يساهم في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي بالمركز الجامعي مغنية؟ وللإجابة على هذه الإشكالية تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على عينة الدراسة والمقدرة ب 130 أستاذ، لإجراء الدراسة التحليل بالبرنامج الإحصائي SPSS . حيث أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإبداع وتحسين جودة التعليم العالي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس داخل المركز الجامعي (مغنية). Abstact : The study aimed to highlight the role of creativity in improving the quality of higher education, considering that universities are the pillar of development and progress of people for any country. In this study, we have tried to address the following issue: How can the creativity of teachers contribute to improving the quality of higher education at the University Center of Maghnia ? In order to answer this problem, we relied on the method of descriptive analysis, where data were collected using a questionnaire that was distributed to an estimated sample of 130 teachers using the SPSS statistical program The results indicated that there is a statistically significant correlation between creativity and the improvement of the quality of higher education at the university center of Maghnia Résumé : L'étude visait à mettre en évidence le rôle de la créativité dans l'amélioration de la qualité de l'enseignement supérieur, considérant que les universités sont le pilier du développement et du progrès des personnes pour tout pays. Dans cette étude, nous avons tenté d'aborder la problématique suivante : Comment la créativité des enseignants peut-elle contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité de l'enseignement supérieur au Centre Universitaire de Maghnia ? Afin de répondre à cette problématique, on s'est appuyé sur la méthode d'analyse descriptive, où les données ont été recueillies à l'aide d'un questionnaire qui a été distribué à un échantillon estimé de 130 professeurs à l'aide du programme statistique SPSS Les résultats ont indiqué qu'il existe une corrélation statistiquement significative entre la créativité et l'amélioration de la qualité de l'enseignement supérieur au centre universitaire de Maghnia
