أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات - دراسة حالة الجزائر -

Abstract

الملخص : .تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الأثر الذي يسببه سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات ،و ما هي نتائج تقلبات سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري حيث لجأت الدولة إلى تغيير سعر صرف عملتها و كان ذلك من أجل تصحيح اختلال ميزان مدفوعاتها و ايضا تبنت سياسة تخفيض العملة من أجل زيادة الصادرات المحلية و التقليل من الواردات . لكن ما تبين أن سياسة التخفيض لم تجدي نفعا في بيئتها الإقتصادية و ذلك لعدم مرونة صادراتها و عدم اندماج أسواقها المحلية مع الأسواق العالمية و أيضا لا تمتلك نظام صرف ملائم بشكل نهائي و ذلك يتوقف على الاقتصادي و المالي و السياسي للدولة .

Summary This study aims to know the effect that the exchange rate causes on the balance of payments, and what are the consequences of exchange rate fluctuations on the Algerian balance of payments, where the state resorted to changing the exchange rate of its currency, and that was in order to correct the imbalance of its balance of payments and also adopted a policy of currency devaluation in order to Increase domestic exports and reduce imports. But what turned out to be that the policy of reduction did not work in its economic environment, due to the inflexibility of its exports and the lack of integration of its local markets with global markets, and also that it does not have an adequate exchange system once and for all, and this depends on the economic, financial and political situation of the state.
